Been an exciting day in Taekwondo today 'headed up' by Angel Matos kicking the ref in the head! Shameless.



He's been banned for life, along with his coach.

I watched a couple of fights but thought it was very boring TBH

But very bad sportsmanship, i think he should get done for ABH in my opinion >:(
