I don't believe in the death penalty, but I do think that life should mean life.   

Not 10 years, or time off for good behaviour or any of that soft hand wringing crap.  Bang the bastards up and throw away the key to their bare concrete cell, with no TV, X-Box or anything like that and they can sit there for the rest of their miserable lives reflecting on what they did!

               Too expensive, we need to get rid of them type of parasites.

I don't think that a bare concrete cell, with a thin mattress and a bowl of thin gruel pushed through the door once a day would be too much.
