This quote has just come back and bit me up the arse. Had to go up to local hospital as woke at 3 this morning with atrial fibulation, bugger.
They checked me out, all else ok so got kicked out at 8am. They are contacting my GP and the Cardio dept so will have to see what transpires.

....or at the very least cut it back to only twice a day.
