What was he originally sent down for and why has he spent so long inside?   

He has been out a few times but, whilst in he, has a history of attacking and injuring others, even attempted murder, as well as rioting. He tends to flip on a whim and even when unprovocked.

I remember him attacking a couple of prison officers when he was at Gartree, one of whom I knew, a real nasty piece of work.

Charlie is simply his own worst enemy, always likes to portray the " hard man" but he is simply a complete fu**ing idiot the prison system is full of them and by keeping this moron off the streets & away from the public they have without a doubt made the correct decision.
