This should be changed to a "winter tyres" thread you can't be too careful.

Well I had two Runway Enduro Sports fitted to the rear of the Mondeo this afternoon costing a grand total of £164.28.  :y

I didn't slide into the ditch on the way home either.  :P

you have to be careful with Any new tyre ,cheap or expensive for the first 50 - 100 miles  ;)
till they are scrubbed of mould release etc

With all the old fannies and grockles at this time of year, it's a struggle to do much over 40 round here anyway.  ;D

Same here. Most of the joy has been sucked out of driving by far too many cars, almost all of which drive ridiculously slowly for no reason.

Hmmm, need to get front tyres for the V70. Don't know if I should go for Rainsport 5's as per the rear or something else  :-\

My V70 has Rainsports on the rear and are survivors of the full set I put on it a few years ago and Sailun Atrezzos on the front when I wasn't feeling so flush when the fronts needed replacing a couple of years ago.  :)
