If it's a gift then it owes them nothing. Probably cost you a grand to pick it up. It's absolutely bugger all use here being left hand drive etc Although that someone would gift someone a $45,000 car just because they like them is weird.

That's another car with a dash so long that the passenger has to set the Sat Nav.  ::)

I had a Chevy Equinox for a hire car a few years ago when I was in the States and took a road trip from Houston to New Orleans and and back. It was a nice car.  :)

Not an EV though, IIRC it had something like a 3.6ltr V6 petrol engine.  :y

I really do not like the rotary gear selector on my Kuga PHEV. I’ve had the car a year or so and still can’t get used to it. I am looking to swap to anything with a proper selector.  >:(

Still looking at the idea of the Skoda Superb as a new car so asked for some prices for servicing etc.  Also asked for price of replacement battery pack even though it has a 8 year warranty.

Just had a few prices emailed to me.  I did ask for the costing to be PHEV v Diesel (Not petrol)

So guessing there is quite a difference in the Brakes construction being a PHEV

3rd service £240.00

4th Service Major  £437.00

Bear in mind that you can use an approved Independent garage and still maintain the warranty. This brings the costs down a fair bit.  :y
The Skoda Superb has a deeper, more usable boot than my A6 Avant so is more suited for large cases etc. The 2.0 Tdi is very economical on a run for a large car.  :y
