The LED tail light mounted on the boot lid is playing up. If it works at all, it just flickers.

If it had bulbs, the previous owners would have swapped them out for LEDs anyway, becoz itz wicked, innit.

Having a similar conversation on a W221 forum from someone who swapped their perfectly good incandescent bulbs for cheap Chinesium shyte and wondered why they flicker

If it had LED bulbs I could just replace them, but this thing has LED strips built into the light unit.  Hence the price......     

I shall tinker with it for a while.
