Gas Cooker Thermocouple Valve
« on: 05 June 2026, 21:43:04 »

After I've had the lid down on my Belling slot in gas cooker, the small front left burner on the hob won't stay lit.  However after the top oven has been used it works fine, until I put the lid down again. The other three burners work fine.

I assume it's a sticky thermocouple valve?  ???

It's not a big issue, as I don't bother putting the lid down any more, unless I'm going away, but it's a bit annoying.

Anyone had this with their cooker?  ???
