2.5 v6 rear radiotor fan not running with thr Ac

Front 2 run ok, rear comes on with engine temp but not with AC. I ve swapped all the relevent relays and tried shorting the varuous pins in the test socket but no joy.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I want to sort it as it has the effect of making the AC cycle in hot weather when not moving.

There's a fan testing guide here abouts.

Explains how and when the fans are switched and how to test them. Also it's not unheard of for the thermoswitchea to fail.

It switches ON with engine temp at low speed (approx 100°C) or full speed (approx 110°C) ?

Yes that works just doesnt run at low speed with AC
