Internet feels slow tonight.

Feels very slow at loading pages but speeds seem to test ok.

Remember, tests say little about performance, only theoretical performance. Esp on very heavily traffic shaped ISPs such as Plusnet  :-X

Rebooted my modem, seemed to sort it all out.  :y
