Got to be somewhere in the Civil Sevice I reckon. NHS or Local Government....

BT got split up. And British Leyland/Rover Group got a corporate Darwin Award. All the the rest have to earn a living these days. Even British Aerospace  :o

looks like Enterprise doing BT's Work for em if it were BT there would only be the managers left as the rest of the workforce is in there Career Changers group

It is definitely the council, there was a report of a hole in the road and they are looking into it.

It's not the council as there are no lunch boxes or flasks about and it's not the Highways as there is 1 man working and NO cones
