There is a photo competition at work, which is going to be a monthly thing, so tonight i had a bash at light writing, some of them came out ok....

I used a Nikon D80, tripod, couple of Sainsburys & Tesco bags with a large Maglite

Put the camera on a tripod, set the exposure to 30 seconds, then draw with light!

If you look very closely (can't really see in the small versions) but full res you can see me just, but i appear as a ghost, because i move quickly and i don't produce any light. Because the shutter is open for ages, it only picks up the big light sources / objects that don't move

Like a V6 with pre-projector headlights then? ;D

Interesting photos. :y I used to do a lot of low light photography with insane exposures. It's good fun, and with a digital camera you can see the results straight away which makes it much easier. Never tried light writing though.
