Busy weekend .....

Popping down to Exeter saturday for the South West Kit Car Show -- planning to spend a small fortune on buggy bits n bobs -- might even get myself a powder coating kit ( might try that on the migs plenum!).

Then sunday off up to Brum for MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor Show, with Top Gear Live --- should be a great day  :D

Tip for kit car shows: arrive in a kit car, with camping gear. It restricts the amount of junk you can buy (slightly).

Keep your eyes peeled for a London Taxi and a Route master bus that will be in the Live show - we have just built them for the show and they are a bit hairy to say the least!!!  :y

Taking 2 steering columns and a speedo pinacle for a couple of Hoodie's.

Exeter kit car show if you see a green miggy estate with a dented front wing and dented opp rear wing give me a wave  I'm going also. :y

Found the dented green estate in the car park -- no sign of Ballcock tho !!  Someone, however, did leave an OOF flyer under HNO3's wiper (purple 3 ltr saloon with tints), alonside the "Do you want to turn your MX5 into an Aston Martin Vanquish" leaflet.

Did succumb to a powder coating kit -- so look out my plenum -- what colour shall it be ????  ::)

Also got an invite to Germany to build a kit car in their factory ... tempting .... not too sure about the car -- certainly different and strangely beguilling ... built around Smart Car technology ....
