The Company
This is a large food-manufacturing organisation, which operates at a number of sites in the UK as well, as in a number of European countries. They are now looking for two talented Team Managers.
Responsibilities
Leading a manufacturing team of semi skilled, advanced skilled and technically skilled production and engineering team members you’ll be responsible for coaching, training and development.
Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager onsite you are accountable for people, plant, product and process delivery against clearly defined role outputs. This includes achieving budgeted figures, planning and prioritising to maximise efficiency and ensuring that all lean teams are well supported.
Additionally you’ll be responsible for recruitment of new team members as required.
As a talented and innovative Team Manager you’ll look for ways of improving standards, in all areas, constantly focussed on client delivery and lead by example from the front.
