what can i use to pop up on the screen when i have an appt to go to or need to do something. some sort of diary perhaps.  these tabs are making me forget everything im doing or have to do.  

i wet to the shops this morning and by the time i got there couldnt remember what i went for. ive had no milk for 2 days

the tablets are supposed to help me produce red blood cells i think as i dont seem to be doing that naturally. lot of them though

Yahoo messenger has a calendar plugin.  When I buy somrthing I put in an entry to remind me its 50 weks old and is it still working so I can claim if its faulty.  Or in the case of a warranty from Richer Sounds I can claim it back if unused.
