My experience is not good with them. But then most couriers for me are a pain - Amtrack, thank god they went up the shitter a few months back, were the worse, having a 1 in 9 success rate for me.  Shitty Link are brilliant here.

In my case, I live in a small market town, and there are no couriers around here:
Amtrack - 70mile round trip
ShittyLink - 140m round trip
Arsehole Force - 70m round trip
Royal Mail - 2m round trip :y

Last christmas ordered something from Amazon it was going to be delivered by them tracking showed in depot without leavingfor 5 days.
Then they said they could not find the house despite me painting the house name on a 3ft piece on ply.  :(

Amazon resent it Royal Mail got it in two days.  :)

other parcel arrived after Christmas, they never every left a card
called the depot they would not help either.

They are all the same and dont give a toss.

Citylink are Sh1te but I will give praise to the driver on my round, allways polite and cheery and I can normally expect delivery betweem 11am and noon.  When he was moved after his holidays the delivery and service went to pot..  Thank God they moved him back.

Bloody Citylink
Ordered some bits from ebuyer.
On the citylink tracking page
Tuesday 9th 0700 loaded on van - 1730 tracked in to depot (b'stards never even tried to deliver it)
wednesday 10th & thursday 11th both days tracked onto van, recorded as not in, Then tracked into depot at 1730ish

All my ebuyer stuff goes to lynnes work. Its a business centre, open 9-5. Lynne sits at reception & talks to the citylink drivers that come in most days. but none have been near for days However according to shittylink they have carded twice & if I want my package I need to go to the depot for it. Not impressed after paying extra for 24 delivery >:(

Sorry guys

my experiance of courriers goes like this on a * raiting

DHL ***** Excellent No problems ever always turns up bang on when they say it will

HDNL * Useless and will never use again nearly flattened the delivery driver when he turned up eventually yesterday!

Amtrak * didnt realise theyd gone up the spout! they were s**t drivers round here were like thugs

LYNX ***** think theyve gone but they were excellent like DHL

ShittyLink * never delivered anything to me apparently my house is not on the OS Map load of nonsense! always have to drive 40miles to gloucester to collect anything off this lot!

Parcelforce ** good at collecting parcels not so good at delivering them!

FEDEX  **** can deliver a parcel sent from the US to my door within 4 days they just have trouble finding my house alot!

UPS ***** Excellent cant fault them

thats my opinion of couriers anyway

That explains a lot. They must send ramblers out with a rucksack full of parcels each and a bar of Kendal mint cake?

 ;)
