I've never used a Ouiji board but many years ago I was involved in a seance with a few close friends using a glass in the centre of the table surrounded by letters of the alphabet. We "contacted" a spirit that was supposedly a long dead relative of one of us and it told us thing that no one at the table could possibly have known. When we later checked these things out they were completely true!! :o However, we then started asking it things of a darker nature and the glass went ballistic and ended up flying off the edge of the table and shattering.
Haven't indulged in anything like it since.

I'm generally very sceptical about things like spirits and ghosts etc. but that was one scary experience.

I once owned a Ouiji board, but never ever used it as I well remember some of the horrific reports in the media (in the early 1970s if I remember correctly) and personally meeting friends who had used them with experiences that made these then young and "not scarred of anything types" quake at the very thought of using "the board" again!  In the end even the churches were issuing warnings against people using them. :o :o

Bad stuff really did happen James when using these boards, as people are entering a plain of spirit existence that is beyond our comprehension and can open up a Pandora's box of good and evil spirit forms that can and did bring extreme grief (yes suicides took place!!) to the users of an Ouiji Board.

Do not touch it please on any account is my advice James, but God, and I mean God, help you or anyone you love, if you do!

I am not normally that serious, but on this one I really am!

i have used one on a few occasions, can i just say though i do not do it 'for a giggle'

i have a very healthy respect for the dead and the spirit world, one of the comments in that link was opening and closing the board, very important.

Many time we have 'spoken' with spirits and nearly always the info is absolutely bang n the money.

i never ask for future info, i am more interested in saying 'hello'
