Omega Owners Forum Calender
« on: 10 January 2009, 20:28:19 »

There are two different months to vote for above.
The Jan - Jan would be a Calender to start Jan 2010
The July - July would Celebrate the 3rd Birthday of the Forum.
If the Calender took off, it could be a thing to do each year. :y

Seems to be a bit of a touchy subject at the minute so I abstain.....

I think the issue before was the stupidly tight timescales we gave ourselves.  Welung666 did a great job to get as far as we did, but in the process, by necessity, didn't have time to involve members etc.  One reflection, I must shoulder the blame for that by giving him daft timescales  :-[

I think the calendar idea is a good one that shouldn't necessarily be discarded :y

I agree that Welung did a very good job and his idea was a brilliant one. More time was needed I thought which would then involve more Forum members to vote :y

yep july to july, great time. and i think wellung and a fellow member do it jointly, will benefit the forum better as there wont be too much pressure on 1 person. if they have work to do too. :y

Maybe leave it this year & work on 2010 as the first publication? This would give the hard working organizers time to do the job properly & members more time to submit decent photos.

Overall a better result worth waiting for. 8-) :y
