shocked at pub closures

some of the pubs are yrs old and good pubs, i see a pile of rubble tuesday where the ram was.
apparently theres 5 a week in london closing  :(

All part of new Labour's masterplan to drive us away from drinking.  ;)

I'm sure money is being made in the supply chain but not enough is going to pubs at the moment. The breweries and their cronies are too greedy, as is the treasury, of course. >:(

We also still have the situation where pubs are locked in to using a particular supplier, who has them over a barrel.

Support your local free house (if they serve a decent pint of real ale - otherwise they deserve to close).
