TD. I had a E220 diesel Avant Garde as my replacement car when the Omega was written off 18 months ago. Very nice it was too, became quite fond of it (had it for 6 weeks while insurance company dithered!)

However, I do not one thank you very much. ;)

SWMBO has decided she wants a smallish diesel to replace the MV6  ::) as she is doing less mileage now. That is enough of diesels for me thanks.

Somehow I suspect a slight disparity between what I have to spend on a diesel for her, and what TD wants for his Merc!  ;D

Merc baiting is a hobby of mine......the drivers of them seem incapable of using indicators (probably broken knowing current Merc quality) or selecting the correct lane, sitting next to them on roundabouts and forcing them to miss there exit as a result is great fun.....

...it breaks the monotony of the drive home from work

Same with those who hog lane 2 on dual carriageways.  Your not allowed to undertake a car, but nothing about keeping pace with it....   Hard lines if he/she missed their exit because of it...    [smiley=engel017.gif]

Like your way of thinking, but over here it's usually the BMW drivers who get the brunt of the abuse

Yep, its the repmobiles that never take the option extra of having indicators fitted. Around here, its the 3 series BMWs that have taken over from the Cavaliers/Vectra and Sierras/Mondeos.
