What sort of price
« on: 15 January 2007, 14:09:58 »

Hi everyone,

I have just finished rebuilding and sold a porsche 928S (i know i am not on omega topic but just stay with me) and am looking for a new project.

I am thinking of a porsche 944 with an engine transplant. I have been looking for a nive V8 but all i can get is rubbing 35/3.9 rover lumps or get an american v8 but are alot of money over here.

So as i am a driver of a 3.0 V6 i had a thought.

What about a v6 from an omega in my new project.

I would be looking for an engine complete with ecu etc and a gearbox (does not matter if the gearbox is broken as i am going to cut in in half)

What sort of price would i be looking to pay for the above and what sort of problems would i run into with the engine.

Cheers Nick

Why not a 924?

They could do with an engine fitted
