Wanted: Senator or Carlton...
« on: 06 February 2009, 21:55:31 »

Posted in here as it's not strictly Miggy. An old friend of mine is after a project. Any condition Carlton/Senator 2.6 or 3.0 straight 6 with 4 speed auto with the sports and winder mode.

There's a 12V 3.0 89 GSI on eBay at the moment. Doesn't look to bad apart from the usual rust problems.

Don't bother with the smaller S6, they were slower than the pre cat 2.0s.

I thought a 2.5 Senator I delivered once was well too slow for the size, the 12V 3.0 was quite nice as was the 2.0 Carlton
