they said there coming out friday to look at the fence

they said during winter months they don't do out door work
looks like waiting till about june

What winter?  We had a couple of inches of snow about a month ago!  The Russians defeated the might of Hitler's army in temperatures down to about -55C, Walsall Council can't even repair a fence unless the desert sun is beating down on them. No wonder this country's gone to the dogs...
