if you catch cold and have fever (especially if you are trembling)

Here is an easy and old solution without any side effects..

And you dont need to gulp it (if you have weak stomach)..

2 lemons  and some salt.. Squeeze the lemons and seperate the juice..

add nearly half a spoon salt to the lemon juice..mix it..Then apply it to

your body (everywhere except sensible areas ) ..

Cover your body with something (must be washed after as its sticky)

Stay nearly 1 hr for your skin to absob ..After take a hot shower..


I have used this technique many times on myself and my family ..

I have tried , still survive..

really very effective..only a bit sticky skin..

Seriously high fever especially for small children is dangerous..

And have used it even with a baby in urgent conditions..And the babies body temperature dropped very quickly..But my advice is of course still needs a docs care..
