Just take your time and work it through not much is that difficult for anyone reasonable bright and practical.

I had a painful day working on mine! Bl**dy maifold gasket and a couple of other jobs.
Still, I'll finish it tomorrow....

I keep forgetting if the Omega one WILL defo fit, I know they are very similar...

Tomorrows job - Remove all the door cards and WD40 all the locks as its being very sticky and a b!tch to lock atm...

when you have dosed them with wd40 wait a few mins for it to chase the damp off then give the locks a good dose of spray grease this will lubricate them far better as it will follow the wd into all the nooks an crannies but stay there unlike the wd which wil evapaorate!! motorcycle chain grease will do it if you can steal the Boys stuff!!!

I have some grease but its in a pot like the oil you used, little hing on the handle to pump it out. Its very 'wax' like, not sure if that will do.  :-/

Have you got any spray white grease?.....i suspect that will do fine....could be worth getting a tin....iirc about a fiver + discount with halfaulds trade card....down to about £3.50-£4 plus handy for spraying check strap mechanism and door hinges

Whilst in MK, I found the motor store place. Had a good nose around, got some good stuff there. Decided to ring Graham when I spotted some autobox fluid, he said you don't really loose any at all, about 1/2 a cup at max  

When actually changing the rad, i lost maybe 2 or 3 tea spoons?  

Might take you up on that, I have WD40 and some very thick grease almost wax like not sure if its any good....

Its not an official route,  but when I go in there, I always ask about Trade, and when I get asked if I'm trade I just show them the VX TC card, always worked so far.
