just been offered a house exchange
« on: 22 March 2009, 16:55:32 »

ive just been offered an house exchange from ine to a house that has completly done out and has had thousands spent on the house with a extesion at the side and to the rear with conservatry as well

the whols house as just been redecorated floor walls celing the lot
even just had a new blocke paved driveway

and she has asked me to exchangemy house for it
ive told her the problems that we are having and that there is alot of work needed in the house and she said i don't care
i like to make a house lookgood and move out
its not far up the road from me in the same area

somthing don't seem right
the amount they have spent on the house and they want to move to do it all over again

some people like it changing things constantly.. ;D ( as they have enough to spend)

worth checking the conditions (noise , neighbours, parking) of the other house..if its ok why not !
