The size of a Migs boot
« on: 22 March 2009, 20:39:45 »

I gave some furniture to my step daughter yesterday for her new home. Single robe, desk, chest of draws & a bedside cabinet, all in the boot of my Mig.
I was impressed how it all went in (obviously it was flat packed ::) ;))
Rachel was shocked that it went in with no probs :) :)

Try it with the damned Bose amp in there, it mightn't be that big, but it get's in the way. A Senator's boot is bigger though!  ;D  ;D  ;D I have some garden chairs that we've taken to Tatton etc and they don't fit in the Omega but did in the Senator  :y  :y  :y

bose shelf is an issue, that shelf does take up a lot of space.

Best bit i like about the Omega, is you can carry huge loads, and take your mates! Usually its just one or the other

When I had my diesel omega estate I had 5 window frames in the boot (plus another frame strapped to the roof), 16 double glazed units, ready to go into the frames, tools, bag of clothes, my 2 cats, in seperate carriers and a bag of Easter eggs for the family!.  :y

I think the Bose shelf makes it more awkwards than an LPG tank.
