During his years at Ferrari, Ross Brawn developed a canny Knack of interpretting the rules. Looks like he got it right again and the protesting teams have ended up with egg on their faces and a bit of catching up to do.
Good news for the Brawn team and Button. :y

If it had been ferrari that had designed the rear defuser then it would not have been an issue, they [ferrari] seem to belive that they are the sole regulators of the sport and will complain if another team dares to compeat with some thing that they dont have......  How many times have they got away with blatent rule violations in the past and with dodgy driver manovers in races to stop others winning. I for one will watch with great delight that a team that did not even exist 4 weeks ago will take on and beat the mighty at there own game.

Yes a senible decision by the courts, but why did it get that far. :o

The boys in red are going to find it very tough this year, the team boss has left, and Brawn is a master of tactics and always got Shumy where he was needed he did the rest.

He is doing the same here, Button won that last one due to that brilliant pitstop brining him out in 1st, Brawn has a nack for timing and judging the situations  :y

ferrari must have a short memory, their lawyer at the hearing stated that Ross Brawn must be extremely arrogant if he believed his car was legal. ::) ::)
As for Hamilton/mclaren,imo they commited a serious offence and deserve to be punished for it.
