Once you get an ABS card you can e-mail the TC site admins with the details and they will e-mail back the login details for the website.

I got my answer within 3 hours ..

yes for a Tradecard you can either join ABS or be VAT Registered and a legitimate buisness like myself they do check your a buisness aswell!
