Anyone on here use Freecycle??

just checked my Yahoo Mail from our local group and cant believe what people expect for free! someone wants a car that must be T&T! someones even asking for a PS3! and someone else is being really cheeky and wanting a motorhome & someone is always posting for BBC B's ( i wont part with my BBC B for free!!!!)

what do people expect for free?? i listed a car stereo on there and had llots of vulchars emailing me in the end i eBayed it and earnt some money for it i am not a charity!

just wanted to know has anyone actually had anything good off there?

I'm a moderator for DudleyUK FreeCycle and any silly wanted ad's like that get binned before they are posted.

I have been using freecycle for some time and had:

BNIB Halfords Car Battery Charger
Torque Wrench
Fridge Freezer
3 Piece Suite

and I almost had a Saab 900 with T&T, a Nova and a 106 but just missed out on them - damn.

Great site though  :y
