i wanted to go to the practice week, but could not get the time off.  >:(

Father tunnie has use of an Apartment in Douglas :)

cheers Albs. :-) i always seem to get half way through the first week in June before i twig.

Who set the record? On a blade im guessing?

Brought back lots of great memories when men were men. Lost interest in bike racing when Jarno Saarinen was killed at Monza back in 1973. For me he was and still is the worlds greatest bike racer. Last saw him at Olivers Mount when he won the 250,350 and 750 races. There was one place where he was the only rider taking off and "adjusting" the bikes position in mid air for the landing. Happy days.

Olivers mount,now there is a scary racetrack,saw some sidecar races there once,frightening to watch,those guys were just mental

Cameron Donald,on a Suzuki iirc :o
He fell off soon after and dislocated his collarbone (ouch) so his TT is finished.
Michael Dunlop (joeys lad) lapped at over 126mph -on a 600 :o...I believe its his first time ?
