Will this fail an MOT?
« on: 15 February 2007, 16:16:51 »

One of the rear light clusters on the barge is cracked, no pieces missing and no white light showing.  Would I fail an MOT with this?

It shouldn't, provided there is no white light (as you already say) and that there are no jagged edges that could catch a predestrian.  Would need to watch for possible water ingress though, as if it mists up, could be deemed reduced light output or similar.
