I know its UN like me ,But does any one know what claims and payments regulations19(6) is from the dwp.The wife has just had a letter from the benefits office. Saying her back dated claim has been refused because of this,i have tried to find out but cant make head nor tail of it.I know there are lots of intelligent people on this forum.Any help much appreciated :question

Call thier bluff or play dumb.  If you are entitled to something then it's only right you should have it.  If they they want something off you, then the above statement still applies.  Call thier bluff or act daft. ::)
