To me, the big issue is with her is that she is unable (as many of the young generation are) to make the leap into adult responsibility. Although she has children (one disabled, as has been noted), she seems unwilling, or unable, to give up the attention-seeking and play plain old "Mum". This, along with her original boob-job, suggests to me that she suffers from chronically low self-esteem.
We can call her a whore, a trollop, a sleaze-bag and everything else. However, to me, she is to be pitied, for I don't think she has ever found real happiness, nor is she likely to, until she faces up to her emotional deficiencies.
I believe there are many young girls who lack confidence and self-esteem and wrongly choose parenthood/marriage as the answer to their problems. When it turns out not to be the case, the lure of the previous single life seems to draw them away from childcare and back to the clubbing, leaving the child/husband without the love and attention they crave... 
Don't think you can pity someone who has turned herself into a successful, however controversial business!
As for her being a roll model, there seems to be too few people to aspire to these days!
Yes, I can LJ. There are scores of people who appear to be successful, but who will never achieve real happiness. Suicide is not uncommon amongst the most "successful".
Ok, but, thats their choice. We are all in charge of our own lives and if thats the direction that they choose to take then no need for pity!
