I would imagine that "EACH" was a typo,I have the same story in the printed version and there,s no mention of "each",but it does suggest that quite a few council employees spend a fair bit of their working day using facebook etc,.........couldnt possibly be true.

the story seemed odd to me, I could pretty much guarantee that time is wasted in the Daily Mail offices, isn't there a war on? recession? immigrants? there must be some immigrants to blame - pull your socks up Daily Mail!!

Its not sick filth Banjaxx, thats a bit of a ridiculous overstatement.It s a newspaper which you dont like or agree with.Personally I think that Littlejohn/Hitchens/Hastings are all excellent writers.
The Mail is derided as an extreme right wing reactionary rag but to me much of what is printed in it is what was once regarded as plain old fashioned common sense in this country.This demonstrates to me just how far the brainwashing of the populace by the lentil munching elf n saftey,yumin rites brigade has gone.

just bored - taking pot-shots at my favourite target ie the right-wing media 

anyway the ban this sick filth title was just a wee dig at the Mail (its been used by them more than once to "discuss" such heavyweight issues as video-games, movies, books that maybe have an edge to them that the Mail doesn't like)

besides i don't hate the Mail, it's mostly harmless, Fox News on the other hand..........

Having been on the wrong side of Daily Mail reporting ( can't go into the detail) I can definitely say that their reporting is biased, based on tripe and they refuse to listen to the truth if it makes the story less interesting to the readership -- don't let the truth get in the way of a good story, chaps!
