Almost certainly.

Yes, thinking about it, you're probably right, but he would need regular and frequent visits from a social worker - obviously doesn't know how to look after his kid properly

The thing is we never get to find out all the facts and make up our own conclusion to it without knowing the full story. Another thing is i dont see any thing about a mother mentioned any were so maybe he is a single parent and just made a big fu$% up.

Yet again social workers to the rescue? surely a bit of sense would be a bit better?does he deserve to have kids >:(
