Dave, glad Hollys going to be OK.

I've just phoned Bob, told him Hollys in need of his sausage so he's cut short his holiday on some carribean island and booked an early flight home ;D

Yer right! like i believe that!  ;D

Decided to get her a reflective collar and one of those extendable leads for walking her in the dark  :y
Here you go ::)

Thanks again everyone for the kind messages.... :y

She's definatley improving......altho shaved down most of one side.....she's bored (only allowed outside for the loo, vets orders) and hates the lamp shade....

Took her today, lunchtime over to my parents who have a black lab as well (shes 12) to try to cheer her up.....think it worked, Holly was happy to see my parents.. altho their lab....took one look at her and didnt want to know her....hmmm...doggy instint know theres summat amiss???

Ive had to resort to covering her tablets (3 a day) in butter.....else she wont swallow them....

Vet checkup tomorrow night....

Might give that a go....

ive tried wrapping em in bacon/ham.....she eats the bacon/ham and then spits the tab out .....

Even if i shove the tab down her neck......and hold her mouth shut.....she wont swallow....and spits it back when let her go.....

Used to get my old dog's meds down her throat by sticking them in little lumps of cheese. It did help that she was addicted to cheese  ::)
