have to wait in between 12 and 5pm. couldnt start work till 10.30am so no pay for today. cant anyone give an appt anymore instead of this "were be here when we get here attitude" from customer services.

bathroom rad now works, hes going to put new valve in bedroom one so it will go off and he said hes seen me at the golf club so hes a good man

As Zulu said, this country is f**ked.

Gas/electric/fire/whatever checks...I just get one of my colleagues to sign it off in the pub for me.
Far easier, far cheaper, no waiting, no bulls*it....everybody's happy.
