whilst I wouldn't condone taking the law into your own hands (that way leads to anarchy) i think a suspended sentence would have been more appropriate?

its just annoying that common sense seems to get lost in technicalities - hope he wins his appeal or at least gets the sentence reduced or commuted

If I were a rich man I would pay the legal costs for his appeall.The law does precious little to protect the upstanding and law abiding in this country these days (too busy with diversity indoctrination etc) and when people have had enough of it and reach breaking point ,the law drops on their heads like a ton of sh1te.
If you take the risk of carrying out serious crime,you shouldnt whinge if you suffer the consequences imo.

Here here Albs. If you want justice don't go to a court of law 'cos you'll only get the law, which in this case is a complete ass  :( :( :( :(
