.. with a steel peg about 5mm thick. Think I'd rather have 4 hefty brake shoes keeping my car where I parked it.

And it looks like all of us on here are guilty.To be fair ive never seen the point of having one on an auto as p is the same really,and funny enough,i was only saying that to the missus the other day. ;)

Thats what i meant, the driveshaft is locked so it can't move.

Thats what i meant, the driveshaft is locked so it can't move.

 :-? A gearbox is a gearbox and a drive shaft is a errrrr .......

a driveshaft!
