I have 3 weeks off work and amazingly the wife does too! First time that has happened for a long while. We have a long trip planned ahead of us so I have to get the following done this week:
-Timing belt
-Front brake discs
-Front wishbones and drop links
-Brake fluid replacement
-Breather clean & Oil change
-Cam gasket
-Get WIMmed

The boat project is almost complete. The new daggboard box is finished and fitted in place with epoxy putty. Filleted the edges and glassed it in yesterday. Spent this morning fitting epoxied plywood under areas of the deck that were a little too flexible which is not easy when you're working through an 8" hole in the deck. I have also found a jib off ebay which should arrive this week. Jobs left to do:
-Paint deck
-fit last inspection hatch
-minor epoxy repair to the hull
-fit transom
-fit rudder pintles to transom
-fit traveller
-fit foresail cleats
-repair mast foot
When we get back I have a weekend cruising with the DCA in the solent so I'll be over the moon to get the boat in the water by then. It's been about a decade since she was last in the water! If the wife can't make that weekend anyone fancy coming along for a sail 11th - 12th April?
