I'm genuinely quite surprised by the small numbers. I see quite a few 2.2's on my travels in Manchester. I've yet to spot another MV6 while driving around though. Considering the 2.6's are not that old it's pretty surprising.

I see a lot of Facelift 2.2 CD Silver on the road, but not a lot of 3.0. or 3.2 mv6 or Elite's, glad I have 3 sitting at home one of each :D :D

1 on the road and 2 on SORN

What I found interesting is the number SORN.

Broken down? Can't afford to run them?

Probably TB's!! ::) ::) :D :D :D ;)
Suspect mine was classed as on the road when those figures were provided, knowing how long the writing to shelves time is.

So thats another 2.5 v6 Elite to write off (no longer SORN'd, but permenently deleted ::))

the article in question from this months Total Vauxhall is all about the performance models or what they consider to be performance so no TD's no 4 pots and no police specials plus those of us that have more than 1 or 2 miggy's dont show on the list or at least last year they didnt

You broke yours though!

3.0 Vec B's.... what Vauxhall should have put in the GSi and Supertouring's from the start.  :)

I suppose the point is that most cars are worth more to break and sell the parts than sell complete......

What a horrid idea - breaking Omegas to put engines into Vectra coathooks.

Killing RWD cars for GWD ones >:( >:(

sum of the parts does not add up, so sell the parts individually.

Wonder what a car, omega, would be worth if all the parts where added up? i'm sure the breakers on here will know. Probably 1/3 to 1/2 as much again? depending mileage etc.

Less the same amount or more in labour, time spent packing and posting plus the agro of all the rest of the car all over the place?
