What a bodge job
« on: 22 April 2007, 12:34:21 »

Got my cats changed at a local exhaust centre last week before i went to Drax, i didn't want to risk snapping any studs which is why i let them do it, wish i hadn't bothered now!!!!!By the time i got to Drax they were blowing their nuts off, as Marks DTM kindly pointed out as i pulled up in the hotel car park. I managed to take a look yesterday after finishing my Dads car and what a mess i was faced with, One of them is nowhere near inline with the centre pipe and has half a ton of exhaust putty round it >:( Guess what im doing later ::)

Job done, slackened off some bolts that the cats mount to and then watched the two pipes match up perfectly as i clamped them together. Now quiet as a mouse 8-)
