Netherlands, current holders of the UFWC, play Uruguay for the title tomorrow (it also happens to be a World Cup semi-final).

I love the nerdiness of this - since the first international football match in 1872 (a 0-0 between Scotland and England played at a cricket ground in Partick - i used to rent a flat overlooking the historic field......Rangers still trained there in the 90's - closed the curtains when they came - obviously) this virtual trophy has been passed around the British Isles, Europe, Americas, Oceania and Africa since then - the Dutch have held the title since November 2008!! thats all through qualifying and the World Cup itself 

Big game tomorrow for the Unofficial Football World Championship then
