New Car for my daddy.
« on: 07 July 2010, 11:11:58 »

I went with my daddy yesterday to look at new cars on the Motabilty scheme and we looked at VW Golf & Polo, all with a 16+ week waiting list.
Over to Vauxhall and 14 weeks for an Astra, so went to Citroen and signed up for the C4 (not picasso) annd will be delivered in 3 weeks. 1.6 HDi, Auto, Exclusive, (EGS something to do with gearbox) Sat Nav, Alloys.
All for £48.95 per week. Trouble free motoring  but have heard bad things. Time will tell. He will be flogging his Mondeo soon, and that is another story.
Not sure if I am out order here, like posting in wrong location.

Also, I am not a fan of the Citroen anything, but his left leg is about to give up the ghost, he is as deaf as a post and it is beyond comprehension why he still drives. He needed a car quickly as his mondeo he is fed up of spending on it, a pile of paperwork a foot thick, new thermostat yesterday £166, for example, so mamma told him to get a Motability car and sell Mondy. So he has.
