i am so knackered

couldnt sleep last night it was so hot and my pillow was soaked through. ive been plasterboarding ceilings for the last 2 days with soundproof boards, and each ceiling is double boarded with 8x4 sheets. cant believe how much i am aching and tired, still got another 5 rooms to go yet. i can feel a very quiet weekend coming on this week.  :(

ive been up for 3days, not been to sleep yet, just cannot sleep aways this way in summer winter other way round think impart bear lol

thats nice, but why 2pm fri, is that time you fin work??? i dont work any more so week end is every day, and dont drink as on meds so not lot going for me.

now street is waking up going to vac up, and pop round the shop so good luck for friday and dont do to much as you dont want to fall a sleep on the job.

Dug a lawn up yesterday, finished laying a path, then shifted 20 paving slabs down to my sons house.
Went out for a beer and meal, came home and watched the footie match.
When I went to bed I ached all over.

Tried to get out of bed this morning, well the missus had to help me out, good job I'm on holiday from work this week......not!

Go on my proper hols tomorrow, hope I'm more mobile by then...... ;D ;D ;D I'm too bloody old for all this work.
