We have hardly had a drop of rain for a couple of months here.Garden all dried up,grass turning brown etc. Today, when my car is in many bits and Im in the middle of replumbing the coolant pipes etc. what does it do? yep starts chucking it down, big claps of thunder, torrential downpour, not just a passing summer shower.Im too old for standing working on a car with water running down my neck and back out the bottom of my trousers.

If you're having a drought down there Albs, you should be doing your bit by tying your trouser bottoms & saving it while you're working on the car!

I don't think there's been a dry day since the ban was imposed? Some of the reservoirs around here are pretty low though.
