250 posts required across the boards, whether cars or parts wanted/for sale.

Posts in the sales area do not count to your postcount.

General tightening (again...) to try to reduce/alleviate problems in the sales area in particular and OOF in general.

When does that come into effect then.  As the latest poor posting on the 3.2 for sale does not seem affected.

Newbies seem to be able to do what they want, maybe the, hard working,  admins should be sorting the forum in stead of playing games..... >:(

Just think Mike, when they reset you  ::) if they had done it with the new post limits in mind then you would have started at 250 and now you would be on 455  ::) :y

Maybe about 9.00 yesterday morning when TB altered that post. So the 3.2 post just sneaked in before the new limit was set.

If the post count does not now count towards the users post count, then surely anyone's post count would have gone down.

I dont post often in those sections, but I dednt see my post count drop.

We did not want to drop anyone's postcounts (for people not mentioning air fresheners), so previous posts in those sections are still counted towards your postcounts.
