about 3 hours  

would've been alot less had it not of been for bodgers who round off allen key bolts, engine mount bolts and any other bolt that that could find, and if only Ford had of built the car right in the first place PMSL

had to drop the sub frame, twist the engine, jack up the car, rive it around etc LOL  the front diff hits the sub frame in every direction but down, but naturally you cant get the car high enough without a ramp, else it would've been out in about 45 mins

heres hoping my rover twin cam lump is easier to come out - i think it too requires a bit of twisting to get the angles etc

still all the loom etc and anciliaries are already gone!
