That looks pretty cool.  A little smaller than I want, but otherwise very interesting.  I knew I shoulda kept the motor from that J-reg 214 . . .  :-/

Blimey! My J reg 214 died of HGF in '99. Actually, it died when the mate of a mate I sold it to rear-ended someone, which was a relief because it stopped the running commentary of what's gone wrong with it since I sold it to him!

Well, it was good to see ClarCE at the show and appologies to theolodian. I was having a "bio break" when you stopped by the stand and my mobile phone had been dumped in a corner under bits of Westfield.

Speaking of which, we fired it up at 14:00 hrs yesterday after one false start (plumbed in fuel injection flow and return the wrong way round).

That's OK.  Actually, we stopped by the stand several times.  You were on a Stella break the other times . . .

Show was good, but I thought the manufacturer stands were generally weak.  Didn't find any kits I really fancied.  Thinking more about a scratch build, but that would be an immense project because it would not be a club racer type thing.
